Configuring your SAGE Website

Issue:

Before making your SAGE Website live for your customers to visit, it must be configured.

Solution:

1. Visit SAGEmember.com and login using your SAGE account # or login ID provided by your account advisor.
Alternatively, you can visit "https://www.promoplace.com/????", where "????" is your SAGE account # and click the keys icon at the very bottom-right corner of the page.

If you have forgotten or lost your Login information, contact our Support Team to help reset your password.

2.  All the editable settings for your website are controlled through SAGEmember.com.  To make any changes click on Settings, under the Website tab, then the Sub-section (i.e. Site Settings, Theme Settings, etc.), for the section you need to edit (when initially setting up your site you should go through each section one by one filling in each field). Help text is found to the right side of each field.

3. After making any changes, click the green Save button at the bottom of the screen (you may click Discard Changes button to discard any changes).

4.  The administration area opens in a new browser window (if you launched it by clicking the keys on your site) so that you can easily flip between your website and this administration area by clicking on the appropriate button in your taskbar.  Please keep in mind that you will need to click the REFRESH button in your browser to refresh your website page after you make changes. (Do not Refresh SAGEMember.com as you will lose any changes you have made)

5.  When you are finished click "Logout" (located in the top right hand corner of SAGEMember.com).
