Why Didn't the Supplier's Rating Change When I Rated Them?

Issue:

I just rated a supplier, but the supplier's rating did not change (or does not match my rating).  Was my rating saved?

Solution:

When you rate a supplier the "Add Your Rating" button changes to "Update Rating".  This indicates that your rating has been recorded.  If you click on "Update Rating" you should see your saved rating.

Remember that the rating shown on the supplier information screen is the average rating from all the reports, not just your rating.  Your rating may or may not have an immediate effect on the aggregate rating depending on the number of reports, and how far your rating deviates from the current average.
