An email sender receives a response indicating that the message was not delivered because "it looks like spam to me". This message indicates our email server marked the message as spam and blocked it.
On rare occasion a legitimate may be blocked as spam. This would only happen if the message scored very high in the spam filter methodology. If someone sending you a legitimate message receives this response, please do the following.
1. Have the sender (that's the person who was trying to send you the message) send the original message to spamfalsepositives@qti.com. Note that they MUST send the ORIGINAL message, not the bounce-back message or some other message. It must be the original message that they were trying to send.
2. Notify Technical Support at support@sageworld.com or 214.631.6000. Please include any details you have, the "from" address, the "to" address, and approx. time it was sent.
3. Our support staff will investigate the problem and report back to you.
