Does SAGE email services place limits on the number of emails I can send?
In general, SAGE does does not place limits on the number of emails you may send, with these exceptions:
1. When sending an email to multiple recipients (such as using the CC or BCC field in Outlook or other email client), you may have a maximum of 100 addresses per email.
2. We monitor our email servers for suspicious activity, including sending large numbers of emails, which could indicate an account is hacked and being used to send spam. In these cases our anti-abuse systems may temporarily freeze your account until such time as it can be determined your account is secure to stop further damage. We will contact you directly should your account be frozen, or you should call SAGE Support at 800.925.7243 opt. 3 if you suspect your account may be frozen or compromised.
Please note that our standard email services provided free with your SAGE account are for everyday business and personal communication, and not for bulk or marketing emails.
For all bulk email needs please use our integrated Email Campaigns module (See: http://sageworld.com/email-campaigns.php for more information, or other third party marketing email provider such as http://www.constantcontact.com.
