Issue:
Windows automatically hides icons in the notification area to free up space on your taskbar. To see all your notification area icons, click the up arrow to the left of your notification area icons.
We recommend you set the SAGE Chat icon to always show so you will be able to see the "new message" indication (a flashing blue dot).
Solution:
You can quickly customize what icons show (and in what order) in your taskbar notification area by dragging and dropping between the two areas.
1. Click the up arrow to the left of your notification area icons.
2. Drag the SAGE Chat icon to the desired location.
Alternatively you can customize what icons show using the Taskbar control panel.
1. Right-click on the up arrow and select Taskbar settings.
2. Scroll down and click on "Select which icons appear on the taskbar".
3. Use the list to customize which icons appear on the taskbar.
