Live Research Assistance is a complimentary benefit for SAGE Workplace users. It helps you locate hard-to-find products by connecting you directly with a live research specialist who can search on your behalf.

Solution:

Using Live Research Assistance in SAGE Workplace

1. From the Product Search page, select Live Research Help.

2. A conversation will open in the SAGE Chat application, connecting you with a Live Research Assistance representative.

3. Share details about the product you’re looking for, including a photo if available.

4. The representative will provide a search link you can click to open a new Product Search results page in the Windows App and may suggest relevant products or suppliers.

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
