Resolving Email Issues with CommonSKU

If you're using CommonSKU to send presentations via SAGE-hosted email, you need updated DNS settings to ensure delivery.

Solution:

CommonSKU will provide the exact record you need.

1) Get Your CNAME Record: Contact CommonSKU support and request your CNAME record details.

2) Add the CNAME Record (How you complete this step depends on who manages your domain’s DNS):

     2A. If we manage your domain (website & email and your domain is point to our DNS):

     Send us the CNAME record details to support@sageworld.com, and we’ll take care of the setup for you.

     2B. If another provider manages your domain:

     Log in to your domain provider’s control panel and add the CNAME record there.
     If you need help, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Adding the CNAME record provided by CommonSKU ensures your emails are properly authenticated and delivered successfully.
