How do I download and install SAGE Chat onto my computer?

Solution:

Method 1: Download and install SAGE Chat.

1. Visit www.sagemember.com
2. Use your login ID and password to log in.
3. From the Support tab, click Downloads.
4. Click the item in the list written as "SAGEChatSetup.exe", and select to Run it when prompted.
5. Follow the prompts to install SAGE Chat.
6. Double-click on the SAGE Chat icon in your Hidden Icons in the bottom right hand corner of Windows if SAGE Chat has not already started..
7. Enter your Login ID and Password then click OK.

If you do not know your login ID and password, click the "forgot password" link under the login box or contact us at 214.631.6000 or support@sageworld.com.

Method 2: Install from SAGE Workplace Windows app.

1. If you already have SAGE Workplace Windows app installed, simply click on "Chat" in the main menu.
2. If SAGE is installed already this will launch SAGE Chat, if SAGE is not installed follow the on screen prompts to complete the installation.
3. Enter your Login ID and Password to connect to SAGE Chat after installing when prompted.

Please note that SAGE Chat is not available for download on Macbooks. Support for Macs will be available in the future.
